Vacation Bible Camp
June 19-22, 2023
Creation Camp for 1st-5th graders is a fresh alternative to a traditional Vacation Bible Camp. The children will be working with our children’s choir director Jolene Plotzke to learn two pieces from the musical “Children of Eden.” They will also experience the story by creating paintings and sculptures with elementary art teacher, Laura Wass. On the final day of camp, families will have the opportunity to view the “art gallery" and listen to the children perform. All children who have completed first through fifth grades are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Preschool (must have completed one year of preschool) and kindergarteners (including those who just completed kindergarten) will enjoy a more traditional Vacation Bible Camp. They will learn about and experience the stories of the animals of the Bible (the Creation Story, Noah’s Ark, Jonah and the Whale, and Daniel in the Lion’s Den) through music, art, cooking, and games. At the end of the last day, the children and their families will watch the older children perform their musical pieces. At Noon on Thursday, ALL children and their families will gather for a celebration picnic lunch. Parents will bring lunch for their children and we will provide dessert and beverages. Costs and Fees: A prayerfully considered donation. QUESTIONS?
