The Hand-in-Hand Early Learning Center has a rich history with the church spanning more than 50 years. Hand-in-Hand is licensed with the State of Michigan and the City of Birmingham. We are proud of our teachers and curriculum and have been voted by the Birmingham Patch 'Best preschool in Birmingham.' Our talented, professional team of early childhood educators creates an environment that supports and develops a love of learning, respect, cooperation, leadership, an ability to make choices, pride in individual accomplishments and problem solving skills. As the children grow and develop in our program, they are both nurtured and challenged within a Christian-centered environment as they move towards greater independence that elementary school brings. Age appropriate curriculum is offered in each of the classrooms aimed at helping each child to be successful in kindergarten and beyond. Many of our classrooms incorporate the Handwriting Without Tears Program into daily activities. Exercise and art classes are also available as additional choices for after school classes.
