Vacation Bible Camp Curriculum Creation Project

What:  We will be writing our own Vacation Bible Camp Curriculum for 2016-2018.  It will be based on our Five Part Story (though we are condensing parts 4 and 5).  Thus each year the four days will focus on God Loves the World, We Wandered Far From God, Jesus is the Way to God and The Spirit Leads us to Love Like God.  Each year will have a different theme and different Biblical stories.

Why: We have found that the current crop of VBS materials are either not a good fit for us as Everybody's Church, or contain stories which we believe are not age appropriate.  This means that the staff and volunteers have to make considerable changes to the material in order to make them useful.  In addition some of the music, while fun and upbeat, is again, not age appropriate.
