Sunday Bedding Pick Up
Meet at church at 12:30pm on Sunday, April 19, to drive to last SOS location to pick up SOS gear (mattresses and storage bins) and bring them to our church. Van or station wagon is helpful.

On-Call Drivers
- Morning Drivers
- Drive guests from church to their destinations
- You will be called the night before about the time you are needed. List the time you are available to drive.
- Evening Drivers
- Pick up guests at SOS in Royal Oak and drive them to FPC between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. This is for late arrivals who may have missed the church bus. Does not happen often. We will call you if you need to drive.
Dinner Servers and Sandwich Makers
- Approximately a ninety minute commitment
- 5:30 to 7:00 pm
- Help serve dinner and make sandwiches for next day lunches
Evening Hosts
- Join guests for dinner
- Clear and do dishes!!!!!!
- Stay until 8:30pm (or later as needed)
- Converse and share activities with guests
Morning Cooks
- Arrive at 6:30am
- Set out breakfast buffet for guests
- Set out lunches – most likely in downstairs kitchen
- Set out lunch components for guests to make lunch bags
- Clean up kitchen
- Provide list of items for lunch/breakfast coordinators
Overnight Hosts
- 2 overnight hosts (1 man and 1 woman)
- Arrive at 8:30pm and stay until 7:00am
- Converse and share activities with guests
- Stay through the night to handle situations which may arise (hosts may sleep in shifts with at least one host awake at all times)
- Wake up guests
- Make coffee for breakfast (for departures before morning cooks arrive)
- Give breakfast and bag lunches to guests leaving before morning cooks arrive
