Rejoicing Spirits Worship and Community
![]() The Rejoicing Spirits Community is a an extended family of individuals of all abilities "that works to enrich the faith lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and friends and other supportive community members." (from the Rejoicing Spirits Website) The community meets on a regular basis for worship, food, fun and fellowship. We worship together in our sanctuary during our Rejoicing Spirit's services and enjoy a meal afterward. We also sponsor at least four social events during the year such as The Great Pumpkin Event, Valentine's Day Party, Bingo and Knock Knocks in Knox. In addition members of our team provide spiritual leadership and lead activities in various group homes. This ministry values the shared leadership and participation of all persons.
