Music Ministries
Our Purpose
The purpose of the music ministry at First Presbyterian Church Birmingham is to welcome, enable, and inspire all people to unite in artistic expressions to reveal and glorify God. We welcome you to a musical community that works together to build each person even as it strives to create a more unified and inspired whole. Our goal is to sing as one voice on behalf of our entire church family. We also hope that our singing may inspire the congregational choir to raise their voice with more spirit, expression, and joy!

Ovations! Concert Series

Birmingham-First Chamber Choir
The Birmingham-First Chamber Choir is a unique collection of music students, professional musicians, and amateur choristers. About our Organ
As of May, 2009, a new 4-manual Nichols and Simpson pipe organ with 50 stops and 64 ranks has been installed in the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church. Click here for additional details.
