Building Usage Fees
Thank you for considering our church home as a venue for your event. We are pleased to provide and accessible, affordable, clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for your use. All fees are basic fees, subject to adjustments based on whether set up, clean-up and take down services are required, time of day/night, technical equipment/personnel needs and whether building usage is ongoing or one-time use. FPC Theater (including set up) $60/hr – Stage and Knox Hall

Large Conference, Fireside, Art Room approx 700 $20/hr

1Includes use of dressing sound system available for additional flat fee of $75. $285 with organ or piano use.
*Use of musical instruments and choir room require approval of music director. Use by any non-staff musician of musical instruments also requires approval of music director. Church members receive 50% discount.
