Presbyterian Women
Presbyterian Women is a national organization of women in the Presbyterian Church (USA). We are dedicated to mission, study, service, justice, building community, and witnessing to the presence of Christ in our world and in our lives. Our local organization has a membership of over 140 women who work together to serve our church, our community, and our Lord. Our small groups, called Circles, meet monthly – usually in the third week of the month from September through May. In circles we are kept informed about issues and concerns, we pray for each other and for the world around us, and we study and discuss scripture. Each circle is a different as the women who comprise it – a wonderful kalaidescope of love, faith, and service.
Presbyterian Women maintains a separate website: http://pw.fpcbirmingham.org (opens in a new window). There you will find lots of information on our activities and events:
