Presbyterian Women Circles and Project Day

PRESBYTERIAN WOMENPresbyterian Women maintains a separate webpage, since our program is varied and active. Please visit us at http://pw.fpcbirmingham.org (opens in a new window)

Circles meet monthly at various times for conversation, mission work, and Bible study. Each circle is comprised of women from different ages, interests, and life situations – yet we find a common thread that ties us together: a desire for a closer connection to God in our lives; a need to be involved in mission and justice and peace; and an inclusive, caring community of friends.  More information on Circle Meeting times here.  And Information on Project Day here.

Presbyterian Women publish a monthly email newsletter of activities and events. To be kept informed about Presbyterian Women, you can subscribe to our newsletter here (opens in a new window)

Dinners for Eight (or Nine)

Dining has begun for 2009.  Each year members and friends are invited to sign up as singles or couples to dine with people four times during the year, with the hosts rotating each time. We’ll match you up with people we think you’ll enjoy, and then each individual group sets its own schedule, getting together whenever the group is able. All ages are welcome, and no one will notice the quality of your dining room. Everything from folding chairs to formal dining is acceptable, and this is a fun way to meet people in the congregation. Look for us to re-group in early 2010!

Stay and Play

A casual gathering of parents and their pre-school-aged children. Monday mornings 9:45 -11:30. Call Cathy Dinkeloo for more information.
