Our Organ
Pipe organs have inspired congregations all over the world for centuries. First Presbyterian Church is blessed to worship each week with its new 4-manual, 64 rank Nichols and Simpson pipe organ. The organ's long-awaited arrival in 2009 culminated an exciting renovation of the sanctuary, fulfilling a long term dream of the congregation. We are grateful to have dedicated our magnificent new instrument to the glory of God during our church's 175th year. World renowned organist Cherry Rhodes offered the dedication concert in October 2009. We anticipate the organ playing to generations for worshippers for at least 100 years.
