Ministries
At First Presbyterian Church we believe God in Christ calls us to ministries of education and spiritual formation that are rooted in scripture and Reformed tradition, informed by current learning research, and responsive to contemporary events. Through these ministries we will provide basic Christian formation, help each other to integrate our faith into our daily lives, and manifest our love for all people while expressing our distinctly Christian identity.
Adult Education – Consistent with our belief that Christian education is a lifelong process, our adult education classes are opportunities for members and friends to explore faith and life through a variety of formats and settings.
Small Groups – Through our small group offerings, members and friends have opportunities to meet and connect with one another in a relaxed informal atmosphere.
Children's Ministries – Our children's ministries offers offer multi-sensory Christian education opportunities for pre-school aged children through 5th grade on Sundays and throughout the week. Our disability inclusion ministry is designed to nurture the spirits and education of people of all abilities.
Youth Ministries – Our youth ministry offers many opportunities for youth in 6th grade through high school to grow spiritually and explore their faith.
